A young man from Gaza burned the wedding dress he had bought for his bride in preparation for their wedding day. But fate denied them the joy of union and brought instead the pain of separation—his fiancée was martyred in an Israeli airstrike on Gaza before she could wear it or celebrate. Left alone with her dress, he finally decided to burn it.
In Gaza, stories rarely end in joy—they end with a soul burning.

Dr. Hossam Abu Safiya’s name is included on the lists, but not for immediate release.
According to the government’s decision, Abu Safiya will be released only by approval from Netanyahu and Katz, and only if the total number of released prisoners from the current lists—1,718 people—is not met.
Continued pressure from mediators could lead to his release in the coming hours.
The prisoner exchange operations began a short while ago in batches, and the official list of Palestinian prisoners has been published.

اكثر من ٧٠ شهيد من عائلتي ارتقوا في هذه الحرب الملعونة، اغلب افراد عائلتي ان لم يكن كلهم اصيبو اصابات متفاوتة، بيوت عائلتي اعمامي عماتي اخواني اخواتي، كلها قصفت وبقي منزل واحد يعيش به اليوم اكثر من ١٥٠ شخص.
هذه الحرب دمرتنا جسداً و وجداناً، والان حرب أخرى هي أشد في قلوبنا وعقولنا
