In the middle of the night while most Americans were asleep, the United States Secret Service acted quickly and decisively to neutralize a crazy person, armed with a gun and a gas canister, who intruded President Trump’s home. Federal law enforcement are working 24/7 to keep our country safe and protect all Americans. It’s shameful and reckless that Democrats have chosen to shut down their Department.

With Republicans owning a supermajority in Indiana, it seems ridiculous to me we can’t easily pass a bill (SB 182) about gender definition that 98% of the country already agrees on. Here’s my exclusive interview with @KHBlakeslee on @WOWOFORTWAYNE this morning regarding this topic: wowo.com/wowo-exclusive…

As always, thank you for having me, @KHBlakeslee I’m full steam ahead & confident we have the resources to win in November. Hoosiers deserve a leader who represents their values & is committed to working hard for them. Not using the office as a stepping stone to run for Governor.

I said I would give Pam Bondi a year to prove herself as an Attorney General who would dismantle the Deep State, let Americans see the truth, and finally bring to justice the criminal elites who have been “too big to jail.” Today, that year is up, and I haven’t seen evidence that she has done ANY of that. Bondi’s handling of the Epstein case was one of the worst fumbles I have ever seen. But we all remember that. What about the lack of prosecution against anyone who tried to weaponize the justice system against political opponents like Trump? Or the failure to prosecute the perpetrators of the Russiagate hoax like Clapper and Comey? That’s not weaponization. We’ve had the EVIDENCE for years that they lied and colluded with the press! Where are the prosecutions related to the Mar-a-Lago raid? We keep finding out that it was even WORSE than we were told, but NOTHING has happened yet? Can we get an update on any George Soros investigations? Why has it taken so long to go after him? Or how about investigating the Clintons for NON-Epstein related scandals: Gazprom? Uranium One? Benghazi? Hillary’s email server? Claims of fraud in Haiti? Anything the Clinton Foundation has touched?! How about the failure to drain the Swamp of Deep State actors working against the American people and their elected officials? Or the PROVEN lies from Capitol Police about Jan. 6? Or the FBI’s lies about the number of agents in the crowd? Or investigations into possible 2020 election fraud? Or follow-up on DOGE’s fraud findings? Sure, the DOJ is looking into the Somali fraudsters. But what about everyone in the banks, state government, and federal offices that HAD TO have known about the fraud?! What about Biden’s autopen scandal? Who signed off on everything if it wasn’t Biden? And the Biden administration was FULL of government weaponization worth prosecuting: the COVID lockdowns and vaccine mandates, the unjust FACE Act arrests, everything the Twitter Files exposed. Where is a SINGLE arrest? And speaking of COVID, what about investigations into AMERICA’S role in creating the virus and covering up its true origins? And dare I mention Fauci?

Advancing the War Powers Act didn’t stop a war. It weakened the president’s authority and broadcast hesitation to our adversaries.
Lindsey Graham@LindseyGrahamSC

I served for 33 years as a military lawyer judge advocate for the U.S. Air Force. I was a prosecutor, defense attorney and for a brief period, a military judge. The authority of the Commander in Chief under Article II of the U.S. Constitution in matters of conflict and the President’s ability to use military force to protect our nation is a subject matter area I feel comfortable with. Today’s vote in the U.S. Senate on the Venezuela War Powers Resolution was a gift to our enemies, will encourage more bad behavior in Venezuela and it is an unconstitutional attempt to restrict the power of the Commander in Chief. Throughout my political career I have been consistent on the idea that under the U.S. Constitution, there is only one Commander in Chief and that is the President. I’ve always rejected the idea that the U.S. Constitution allows Congress to replace the President’s judgement as Commander in Chief in matters of military force. I told then-President Obama his actions in Syria fell within his authority as Commander in Chief and that he did not need congressional authorization. Declaring war is exclusive to Congress and has only been done five times in our history. That does not mean a President can only use military force with congressional approval. There have been over 130 military actions taken by a President without congressional authorization. None have been stopped by the U.S. Supreme Court. The War Powers Act of 1973 is patently unconstitutional and must give way to delegated powers of the Constitution itself, designating the President as the sole Commander in Chief of our armed forces under Article II. One of the bedrock principles of American jurisprudence is that the U.S. Constitution reigns supreme in matters of law. President Trump is right to be upset with Republicans that voted with Democrats to limit his ability to change Venezuela for the better and make the world safer. If a member of Congress disagrees with the Commander in Chief’s decision to use military force, then they have the right to stop funding for those operations because Congress has the power of the purse under the U.S. Constitution – or they can bring impeachment actions against the President if they think it is unlawful. A member of Congress does not have the right to replace their judgement for that of the President who is the Commander in Chief. The nation cannot function with 535 Commanders in Chief. To my Republican colleagues, you are buying into unconstitutional garbage. If you continue down this road, you are going to lessen the chances of success in Venezuela and other theaters where President Trump, through his strength and resolve, is bringing about positive change. Again, our enemies will be encouraged by this vote in the U.S. Senate.

I think this post below keeps it pretty simple and is worth saying again. I will add Hoosiers are not trusting of state government-- hence they don't turn out for state reps. There's to many RINOs and chrINOs (christians in name only) in politics. Hoosiers voted for @POTUS who ran and kept his promise to them in 2016 and the voting in 2020 and 2024 shows they believe the President will and is continuing to keep those promises. Trying to make this an Indiana only conversation is being dishonest; (as dishonest as totally disregarding the election fraud conversation). Everyone knows this is a national conversation which Hoosiers voted to be a part of-- we don't want hellish Democrat policy ripping our families and communities apart - and we are willing to fight legally politically to ensure our voices are heard. We are INDIANA - proud to be holding up our end of getting rid of the blue state chaos WHILE also dealing with the RINO epidemic. The people of Indiana have a lot on their plate; a recovering economy plagued with illegal immigration, RINO jockeying at every level of politics, and now @POTUS, the President they voted for is being held up and unable to move forward in DC due to the uniparty. Hoosiers have been exhausted by the hard work they put in for Indiana politicians that lied to them- but make no mistake- we back the President- and small attended rallies by certain headliners don't indicate anything. The Senate should vote for redistricting because this will help bring about the change Hoosiers want. @VP @INHouseGOP @indgop @INSenateGOP @caseythehost @tonykatz @KHBlakeslee

@tonykatz said something today when we were on our panel with @glennbeck and @KHBlakeslee about redistricting in Indiana. We voted for @POTUS because we wanted something different. We wanted to change things. Now that he's doing things differently, people are suddenly getting cold feet? As long as it's legal, go for the win.

🚨RECORD SHATTERED🚨 It's official! With several weeks still left in 2025, we have already shattered the all-time record for the amount of unclaimed property returned to Hoosiers in a single year. Our Unclaimed Property Division has delivered more than $82.5 million to rightful owners — eclipsing the prior record of $81 million set in 2023. From day one, our team has been laser-focused on getting every possible dollar back where it belongs. Breaking our own record in just two years proves what happens when we set a goal and work hard to accomplish it. With nearly a billion dollars of YOUR money still waiting to be claimed, the works not even close to being done. Let’s finish 2025 strong and keep smashing records in 2026! Go to IndianaUnclaimed.gov or text CLAIM to 46220 right now to see what's waiting for you! Read more here: events.in.gov/event/surpassi…

Indiana Constitution gives SOLE authority to @GovBraun to call a special session. Indiana Supreme Court has upheld this fact. Pro Tem Bray saying they aren't required to convene because of 'internal legal advice' is insane. If the legislature isn't required to convene when the governor calls a special session, then there is no special session in the law because it can just be ignored whenever legislative leadership wants. Complete dereliction of duty.

I just had a great call with President Trump! I told him I remain committed to standing with him on the critical issue of passing fair maps in Indiana to ensure the MAGA agenda is successful in Congress. Indiana’s State Legislators must show up for work and take a public vote for fair maps to counter the gerrymandering in California and Illinois. But the Indiana State Senate is hiding behind closed doors and refusing to even bring redistricting to a vote. Hoosiers deserve to know where their legislators stand and expect them to show up for work, not walk out and hide in the dark.
