I don’t say this lightly … If there is one app that has completely changed my work life for the better in the last decade, it is @typelessdotcom - like iPhone/smartphone level changed. I will pull my Mac out to use it because my phone doesn’t have it. Chomping at the bit to have it on my iPhone.

The days of stupidity have now begun

@karpathy Same. Started this year. I've done everything you listed as well. No dice. However, this week I installed the iOS 26 public beta 3 and the call screening feature has almost entirely stopped it. (They still show up in recents but I don't get interrupted with a ring/notification)

I get ~10 spam calls per day (various automated voicemails, "loan pre-approval" etc) and ~5 spam messages per day (usually phishing). - I have AT&T Active Armor, all of the above still slips through. - All of the above is always from new, unique numbers so blocking doesn't work. - I am on all Do Not Call lists. - I have iOS "Silence Unknown Callers" on, but even if it catches & silences them I still get the notifications. Not sure if other people are seeing something similar or figured out anything that works
