Always thought @USAA was reputable until a client of theirs sideswiped our travel trailer in Dec 24. She was cited by a NC state trooper, clearly her fault. Yet @USAA is making excuses & not returning calls. How can @USAA represent military/veterans w/ such poor customer service?

@educator4ever88 I’d also like to consider the why behind s student forgetting their pencil. Could it be they are taking care of of themselves or caring for siblings? It’s possible they are being more responsible than they are being given credit.

If every teacher in every public school is not doing this with support and replenishment from the school budget, then it’s time to start asking questions of the school leadership.
