Today the White House is moving to force millions of student loan borrowers to start paying again. Borrowers on the SAVE plan will need to select a new repayment plan. The Trump admin has just settled a case against SAVE plans brought by the state of Missouri.

If PAYE and REPAYE get struck down, the Biden DOE should get a ton of blame along w the states bringing the SAVE lawsuit. Biden admin tried to go around the 1st injunction and forgive w SAVE via REPAYE. Courts got mad and said fine all ICR forgiveness is illegal
