My grandfather was from a generation that didn't talk about the sacrifices they made.
He fought with the US Army in WWII and the only thing he'd tell me was about being seasick on the trip across the Atlantic.

These companies have a culture of shipping content as well as shipping code.
They have it in their DNA and it spreads. I've noticed new employees at these companies start posting because they see their peers doing so.
It's difficult to embed this culture within Fortune 500 companies but possible nevertheless!

هفته گذشته یکی از مراجعه کنندهای شرکت نفتم امد برای درمان ، یه ادکلنی زده بود که خفن ماندگار به جرات میگم تا ۱۰ دقیقه بوش کل سالن رو پر کرده بود ، اسمشو پرسیدم گفت بماند حالا😂 دیروز برام یکی گرفته بود اورده بود 🤌 یه همچین مراجعه کننده هایی داریم

هممیهنان عزیزم، برای آنکه ایران با سقوط جمهوری اسلامی دچار گسست در اداره کشور نشود، در ماههای گذشته دو کار مهم بهطور همزمان در دست انجام بوده است. نخست، تدوین یک برنامه روشن برای اداره کشور در چارچوب «پروژه شکوفایی ایران». دوم، شناسایی و برگزیدن زنان و مردان شایسته برای حضور در «سامانه گذار» و اجرای این برنامه. در این فرایند، هممیهنان بسیاری با تجارب ارزشمند و تخصص مورد نیاز کشورمان، آمادگی خود را برای مشارکت در بازسازی کشور و خدمت به میهن اعلام کردند. این روند در چارچوب کمیته بررسی و گزینش اعضای سامانه گذار انجام شده که مدیریت آن بر عهده دکتر سعید قاسمینژاد است. در این چارچوب، طی ماههای اخیر افراد توانمند در داخل و خارج از کشور برای سرپرستی بخشهای گوناگون سامانه گذار شناسایی و بررسی شدهاند. سامانه گذار، با هدایت من، آماده خواهد بود تا به محض سقوط جمهوری اسلامی، زمام اداره کشور را در دست گیرد و در کوتاهترین زمان، نظم، امنیت، آزادی و زمینههای رونق و شکوفایی را برای ایران فراهم سازد. پاینده ایران، رضا پهلوی
