Norway have a clear style.
4-3-3 across the thirds.
Double width on the wings as Møller Wolfe and Ryerson make runs beyond the defensive line with Nusa and Sørloth holding the width (although they are better with Bobb).
Ødegaard has received a lot of praise in this tournament but that's because he keeps dropping beneath the opposition's midfield line and accumulating lots of touches. This partly why Norway had so much of the ball against Brazil. Sure, Brazil don't press well, but Norway are also hard to press because of their technical quality and Ødegaard dropping from high to low.
What I'd like to see from England is high quality pressing to stop that at the source, otherwise they will defend low often. England played Wales in a friendly last season and they matched up against their 4-3-3 with Rogers (Bellingham) releasing to press the centre back from the #6, Rice releasing from the #8 to press the #6, and Guehi jumping to the vacated #8 between the lines – from a 4-4-2 zonal block into a man-to-man press.
When Ødegaard drops in front of the midfield line, that is when England can accept defending low but to do so with the knowledge that they can hurt Norway in defensive transition, just like Brazil did and just like England did against Mexico. However, that should NOT be the only intention in the game. Tuchel should not reduce England's chances to counter-attacking and hoping that Norway don't score despite holding loads of possession.
Let's get it straight – England have better players in virtually every position. If England want to finally start matching their performances with their player quality, they have to start dominating games control-wise. They never did it under Southgate and although Tuchel showed signs of doing it in qualification and against teams like Croatia when England went into their classic 'hanging on' / 'bottling' mode and Tuchel pulled them out of it, they didn't show it against Congo or against Mexico. Too passive. Too safe. Not brave enough to press high or to dominate the game with the ball. Both tactically and individually. It reduced the game to finer margins than it should have been. You don't see France or Spain stumbling through like that, and THAT is the level.
Thing is, Norway are exploitable defensively. Ødegaard is possibly the best press conductor in the entire sport, but their diamond press high gives you an overload in the build-up. England must be brave to use it and force Norway back into a passive 4-4-2 block. Here, they can use their wide triangles to create and nullify counter-attacks at the source by being brave positionally with their centre halves high.
Stop Haaland at the source by taking the ball away from Norway and making them defend low. Alright, they have qualities of their own and they will make England defend low at times as well, but this is another game where Tuchel and England should be criticised massively if they don't win and do so in a controlled manner. They have been lauded as heroes for coming back against Congo and beating Mexico despite playing poorly in both games. I want to see a much, much better performance tonight.
And the only reason that I want performances AND results from England is because they have arguably the biggest talent pool in the world with one of the best managers in the world, but neither have stepped up to the level that we know that they can all set as of yet. Both the players (outside of Bellingham/Kane) and Tuchel have disappointed. Norway have a population of 5.5 million. England losing to that is not acceptable (barring exceptional circumstances such as dominating, exerting control, and being extremely unlucky to lose, for example).
I picked England to win the World Cup before the whole thing started despite France's array of quality, Argentina being holders, and Spain being Spain BECAUSE of England's quality and depth but also because of Tuchel's tactical acumen and the potential psychological shift that he could flip to change the classic 'safe' England mindset to being more proactive and brave (like we saw vs Croatia). But that tactical acumen and bravery was not there against Congo and Mexico. TRUE bravery is dominating the game with the ball and through pressing. Sure, you have to be able to defend low at times as well, but that cannot be as easily accepted as it was against Mexico in the first half for example – a team who don't have a single player in their XI who would get into England's entire squad! Defending low makes total sense when you are winning and it is late on, but in most contexts that cannot be the intention. I also believe this thought process to be true if England progress and play Argentina. They should be approaching it as favourites psychologically. That's how France and Spain would do it… England will not win anything unless they overcome that mental hurdle.
Alas… let's see what England turn up tonight. A lot depends on Tuchel – does he approach it through a dominant tactical paradigm or a stereotypically cautious England one? Let's see.

This basically confirms this no contact clash was because Sanji matched Imu’s conquerors haki with his own conquerors haki. We can even see black lightning trail on Sanji’s side…

Oda been giving sanji a lot of shine on these last color pages. In one he’s literally kicking the cover page into his reality. In another he is the only one awake reading a book called CoC King.

@ScottSummers It only sold off 2X while the market pumped. Hahahah $ICP is bearish
English

If you ask me, I’ll be honest. I’m not a fan of this $ICP pump.
The shaded blue candles are all gaps and they 100% get retraced. It means the pump was ‘artificial’
I’m just showing you some previous examples from the pumps before all these shaded candles got retraced to the “T”
I hope it’s different this time, but i have my doubts.

English

@ThomasCocirta @BobbyO_ @Meta Not gonna happen ever. and even in the rearest occasion that it happens, it won't benefit the ICP token in any way because META won't be buying ICP token to use the network. Remember UTOPIA, Caffeine? The ICP token is a Scam
English

One of @BobbyO_ 's brilliant scenarios: AWS, Google, Microsoft eventually adopt ICP as the sovereign compute layer on top of their datacenters. Their hardware becomes commodity. They keep clients via verifiable rails.
But what if the first FAANG on ICP is @Meta ?
Social media is a race to the bottom by design. Meta's decline is already obvious:
→ $125–145B on AI infrastructure in 2026 — nearly double last year — with no enterprise cloud to recoup the cost.
→ No cloud means no way to absorb the AI cost. Forced to invent new revenue streams that don't exist yet.
→ Next quarter's revenue projection came in flat. Spending going up, earnings not. Margins start to bleed.
→ Ad model under attack from agents that bypass impressions.
→ On the wrong end of every EU sovereignty ruling.
→ Thousands of addiction lawsuits piling up. Reputational and financial damage compounding. Brands may pull back.
Google, AWS, Microsoft have cloud margins to protect. Adopting ICP cannibalizes them.
Meta has nothing to cannibalize. Lowest switching cost. Highest upside.
What if Meta migrates to ICP instead of building more datacenters?
The first incumbent on ICP won't be the one with hardware to protect.

@Big_Morgans_ @SoloKruzader That was years before they fought they wasn’t it?
