@DrNickTwit Absolutely! Avoid getting into the cycle of doing all the tests and thereby delaying the more useful conversations about functional disorders and approaches of management.

This! Be REALLY careful with investigations or suggesting them. If we are confident of a diagnosis (there is nothing else that looks like functional tics for example) then it’s really important not to do XYZ “just to be sure.”
