He’s joking but he’s also serious bc he’s right. I think if I remember correctly, like damn near a million people or more downloaded his first album 2 months before it dropped and it wasn’t even finished yet.
He sold 80k his first week when it finally dropped. It eventually went gold.
His DEBUT ALBUM… you have no idea what that can do to an artist on a major.
