A number of years ago I took a photo of Cobh in the snow , over the last few weeks I have been painting it . Van gogh and Ger Conlon have nothing to worry about but I'm enjoying this painting lark . Included is the original photo I took .

Shame on ye New Look , but to me it drives home the point that at the end of the day we are all only a number .

So my daughter Aisling works in New Look retail shop , has done for nearly 3 years , today they were given 30 mins notice that they were being made redundant, what a shower of complete fuckers that they didn't give proper notice . Will they get paid this month ? She dosent know
