Our Frontier team in Shackelford County, Texas, including general contractor @kiewit recently volunteered with the Food Bank of West Central Texas, packing more than 1,000 boxes of food and breaking the standing volunteer record for most boxes packed in a single day! In addition, Vantage proudly supported the food bank with a donation to help expand food access across the region. What does it take to keep the ice cold and the lights on at Ball Arena? 🏒 Through STEM on Ice, Kiewit and the @Avalanche gave middle school students a hands-on look at how STEM shows up behind the scenes of every game day.

From decommissioned to redeployed. At Kiewit Offshore Services, our team rebuilt the Salamanca topsides from the hull up, delivering a new 9,180-ton structure that’s now operating in the Gulf and supporting oil and gas production.

The largest indoor 500 kV gas-insulated substation in the United States is now energized at our new Cumberland Combined Cycle Power Plant in Middle Tennessee. The enclosed substation houses critical electrical switching equipment indoors, protecting it from extreme weather and temperatures. It is designed to route large amounts of electricity from the existing coal plant and the soon-to-be-completed combined-cycle natural gas plant across long distances, delivering reliable electricity across our growing region. Our team, along with construction partner @Kiewit, will begin testing the new natural gas power plant this spring and summer. Once complete, the project will generate 1,450 megawatts of electricity, strengthening American energy dominance and powering more than 800,000 homes.🇺🇸

You could call our Heavy Lifting Device (HLD) one of the strongest pieces of equipment we own. At 500 feet tall, the HLD towers over Corpus Christi Bay in Texas and has lifted more than 557 million pounds since its first use in 2004.
