This unique western experience will bring together individuals with special needs, their families and the wider community. At the heart of the event is Ropin’ Rascals, where participants can step into the arena, try something new and enjoy the cowboy way of life in a safe and supportive environment. The event will raise funds to support individuals with special needs and will help make life-changing wishes possible for Make-A-Wish Foundation children. Our Cardiff team recently organized a food run for the Cardiff Foodbank, a service operated by Family Action. The club is based in a local school and open to everyone in the community, creating a welcoming space where people can access affordable food and feel supported. Our team recently took part in RISE 2026: The Future of Sport, Careers and Innovation Festival, where we had the opportunity to connect with young people from West London and share more about careers in the data center industry. Our team hosted a table throughout the event, speaking with students about the different pathways into our sector and the wide range of roles that help power the digital world. Emma Bennett, director of learning and development at Vantage, EMEA, also delivered a talk during the day, sharing insights into careers in the industry and the opportunities available today and into the future. It was great to see the level of interest and curiosity from students exploring what their future careers could look like. Happy International Women’s Day. We are proud to celebrate the incredible women across our teams and the impact they make every day. We are pleased to highlight Melanie Chung, senior project manager within our North America construction delivery team. Melanie’s passion for math and physics led her into engineering and construction, where she now helps deliver the infrastructure powering AI and cloud computing. Our Frontier team in Shackelford County, Texas, including general contractor @kiewit recently volunteered with the Food Bank of West Central Texas, packing more than 1,000 boxes of food and breaking the standing volunteer record for most boxes packed in a single day! In addition, Vantage proudly supported the food bank with a donation to help expand food access across the region. It’s Women in Construction Week organized by The National Association of Women in Construction. At Vantage, we proudly recognize and thank the incredible women across all of project sites who are helping build the critical infrastructure that powers our digital world. At one of our Virginia campuses, the team marked the week with tradeswomen spotlights, a hardhat sticker kickoff, a breakfast celebration, a joint volunteer event supporting Women Giving Back and participation in regional Women in Construction industry programs. The activities brought recognition, connection and community impact together on site. Our Muslim Employee Network, one of our employee-led affinity groups, recently brought colleagues together across our London and Cardiff offices for a meaningful and inspiring event featuring Dr. Zareena Mahomed from Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) / Doctors Without Borders. The teams had the opportunity to hear firsthand about the lifesaving humanitarian work MSF delivers around the world, supporting communities facing conflict, disaster and limited access to medical care. The session offered powerful insight into the realities on the ground and left many with a deeper appreciation for the dedication and courage of MSF teams. A huge thank you to everyone who attended, donated financially and helped make the event such a success. We loved welcoming 21 teachers from Agua Fria High School to our Arizona 1 construction office and job site. This visit gave teachers a closer look at the data center industry and the many career paths it offers, from construction and operations to engineering, procurement, and people and culture. After a short introduction to Vantage, the group toured the AZ1 campus and had a walkthrough of the AZ14 building, which is currently under construction. It was a great chance to see these roles in action and connect classroom learning to real world careers.
