Vantage Data Centers was proud to be recognized at the recent Aqua Fria High School District Academies of the Southwest Valley Partners Celebration in Arizona, an event that highlights the power of collaboration between education and industry across the Southwest Valley. Out of 168 partners evaluated across 12 categories, including guest speaking, teacher externships, student experiences and community support. Vantage was honored as a premier partner, a distinction awarded to just 15 organizations. Earlier this month, Cameron Wiley, community engagement specialist at Vantage, joined our construction partner @kiewit to volunteer at the Children's Art & Literacy Festival (CALF Festival) in Abilene, Texas. Together, the team supported the festival's interactive STEAM Room where children and families explored science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics through hands on activities. Hosted by the Cultural Affairs Council of Abilene with support from the Abilene Chamber of Commerce, the annual festival celebrates literacy, creativity and lifelong learning while bringing thousands of families together from across West Texas. Recently, Misty Allen, vice president of public policy for North America at Vantage Data Centers, testified before the Texas House Committee on Natural Resources on data center growth, water stewardship and responsible development. She shared how Vantage partners with policymakers and local communities to support responsible growth across Texas. Congratulations to Michael Stoner on his promotion to chief development officer, North America. Today, we celebrated another major milestone at our Lighthouse campus in Port Washington, Wisconsin, with the topping out of a second building, marking the completion of its structural framework. This achievement reflects the dedication of our employees, general contractors, trade partners and community members who are helping bring this project to life. At peak construction, the development will employ about 5,000 workers. Once complete, the campus will enable more than 1,000 permanent jobs and approximately 6,000 indirect jobs across the state. As we continue building the next generation of AI infrastructure, we remain committed to being a strong community partner through workforce development, local investment and sustainable innovation. As AI and digital demand accelerate, so does the need to rethink how data centers use critical resources like water. Closed-loop cooling is one of the ways we’re doing that. Instead of relying on evaporative systems that consume water every day, closed-loop cooling recirculates water within a sealed system, reusing it again and again while rejecting heat efficiently. The result is a fundamentally different approach to cooling: - Up to 90% reduction in day-to-day water use compared to traditional methods - No routine discharge or continuous water demand - High energy efficiency to support growing AI workloads For customers, this means scalable, high-performance infrastructure. For communities, it means reducing pressure on local water resources without compromising reliability. Water stewardship isn’t a trade-off.
