Osaka’s Namba/Dotonbori district, which I hadn’t visited in six years, is heaving with tourists and has become very dirty. I don’t remember it being this filthy. Contrast, across town in the Umeda/Osaka Stn area, they’ve transformed the place with massive new developments. 🇯🇵
