@LyrikalxD @bulimiarch The last time I tried to get help i was told I was overweight and therefore they couldn't do anything. My ED has been going on for years ive ranged from obese to healthy to overweight etc I likely have many health problems because of this but there's no help for those not UW

@bulimiarch Not to be rude but why do people do this and create problems for themselves, especially when they have the resources to avoid it

@m1s4dv3ntured I started with a bmi of 33.2 and currently at bmi 27, I havent even GOT to the healthy range 😭 its rough out here man, its bad enough having an ED but when you actually are in the Overweight section nobody sees it as an actual problem

im sorry but if ur sbmi was under bmi 25 you cant say “im fat” because you arent and never were. like you csn say i FEEL fat but thats different! like guys i was 240 lbs bmi FORTY like you dont get what its like to actually be fat (even 25 is pushing cuz 25-27 is norm/ave)

@j3nnyst4r CONGRATS! I got out of the 70s yesterday currently at 69.6kg but im usually working in lbs so my current goal is to get out of the 150s, at 153.4lbs atm, so close but I keep getting stuck between the 153 and 154, hoping its just water weight that will whoosh eventually

@101girlcore Atm its taking me at least 5 days to go but I just up my egg white intake and cheese because I have very mild lactose intolerance, it takes about a day for it to kick in but it works

@Ilgaeul I used to make food when they weren't eating and eat in a different room, id casually remove food throughout so it wouldn't be noticeable or feed it to the dog. If they went out id dirty a plate and leave it on the side because I knew they'd complain I didnt put it in the washer

How do people fast without their parents noticing

@Ilgaeul I like their cheeseburger but I get it plain because thats only 161kcal then obviously the plain hamburger will be less I think thats like 115 - 130kcal? But my go to if I REALLY cant stop myself is the plain cheeseburger for 161
