This started as a 1-on-1 fight in the school hallway. One white kid vs. one black kid. Then it turned into a pack of 4+ black teens jumping the lone white boy on the ground, stomping and punching him while he was down. Cowardly mob behavior. Not a "fair fight" — it's a beatdown. I vehemently disagree with Gov. Polis’s decision to commute Tina Peters’ sentence. She broke the law, undermined our elections, and was convicted by a jury of her peers.
With Trump continuing to attack Colorado, we must stand strong for our institutions and the rule of law.

I think it’s more insane to think about not being able to defend yourself and that can lead to murder easier by the day with different states with their own laws. But hey if the tax funds keep rolling in the federal government won’t do much or anything really. Reason why you get these frauds and crooks in these states since Feds won’t do anything much about it.
At this point we live in different nations by the states and rarely bring out federal laws on others.

28-year-old Dalton Eatherly is facing an attempted murder charge after a shooting outside of a Tennessee courthouse.
General Session Court Judge Reid Poland III says he set the bond at $1.25 million, “based upon the fact of how many people were in the courtyard over here at the courthouse and the seriousness of all these felonies.”
Eatherly is reportedly facing a possible sentence of 15 to 60 years.

I didn’t say it was harsh, I said it’s a very ambitious pursuit for any prosecutor to run with. They don’t compare other cases from other states and other narratives in a courtroom. But I understand how a misapplication of justice like this can always slip through the cracks. You have one side of society, arguing that one race has it hard justice, wise, and the other side of society, saying the exact opposite. But it might all come down to jurisdiction, state law, bylaws, and so forth.
