@stuartathompson When I read about this I’m reminded of a movie I saw in the 1970’s about two AIs belonging to 2 super powers. It was catastrophic. They end up holding the world hostage, taking complete control. I can’t remember the name of the movie, but it always pops into my thoughts.

@stuartathompson That’s ridiculous. I work the polls here in Canada and one of the things we are told is to make voting easy for people. It’s usually in, check ID, vote and out. Making it hard or time consuming makes people not want to vote. I guess that’s his point?
