@GWRHelp we are on the 17.34 train from Weymouth to Bath currently roasting because there's no air-conditioning or windows..pretty poor in this day and age there's neither.. Elderly and little ones suffering badly...awful response from the one member of staff who we spoke to.

@GWRHelp Unfortunately we were booked on this train and who says we would get a seat on another one anyway... Why can't you run trains that are actually fit for service?

I do apologise for this. Our trains do have a coolant system on board, but I apologise that it does not seem to be working, and I understand how uncomfortable this must be. Please do feel free to get off at the next station and take another service, or speak to a member of staff on board if you need assistance. - Ava

@GWRHelp Unfortunately the train is very busy which makes it worse, the member of staff we approached said there was none on the train anyway

@kimstfc71 Good Afternoon, I do apologise that the train you are on is so hot. These trains are air-conditioned, but the system may not be working in your carriage. Are you able to try another carriage where it may be cooler? - Ava

#stfc did anyone else have issues with season ticket today when going through turnstiles in Don Rogers side?...it scanned my card,then just came up access denied?..just wondering if were issues with turnstile or if i need to speak to club/shop?.
