@solennjk @annejames44 @SCMPNews Thats not the point. If the outrage is only for drunk drivers, you take attention away from factors that are killing the other 99.7% road users. What needs to improve is road safety( harsher senTence, more law enforcement presence, education, control alcohol sale etc)
