Another day at the office. Leg Day - Quad focused Barbell Back Squat - 4sets Leg Press - 4sets Goblet Squat - 3sets Sumo Squat - 3sets RDL - 3sets Standing calf raises - 3sets 1-2RIR on every set and 2-3mins rest between sets.

Except you have a reason for dojng those exercises.. It's so many squat patterns in the same routine. I would normally do one squat pattern. Two is fine. But anything more than that usually can be overkill
