OMW this is absolutely embarrassing. To think that our nation's president is this ignorant of history – it reminds me of the time when his predecessor tried to convince the world that ALL the continents of the world could fit inside Africa. Honestly, I don't know where these people got their education.
It is hard to blame the average ignorant, illiterate South African for believing the fairytales regarding land when our president can openly say this kind of nonsense. However, it makes certain aspects of this @GovernmentZA's policies make a lot more sense now. Angie Motshekga's decision to make a pass mark 30% here was not a slight against our kids. Rather, it was just re-shifting expectations in line with what she may have been able to achieve.
Our average IQ in South Africa has been stated as being 70 or less. Clearly, that is from the top down. These people are, in fact, that stupid.
