Fast paced but good for the plot, very enjoyable. Vampire in the Garden entertained me from start to end. 5 episodes, with post credit at end of 5. Good animation & music, dynamic characters. #anime did well to intertwine backstory. All round real good. #VampireintheGarden

Back in the day the Shop Rep would just not sell the game to you if you could no prove your Age, but during that period 2010-2016 you didn’t need ID you needed a credit card because in theory you had to be 18 to get one. But a CC is not enough now they implement digital ID.

Australian GTA Online players Starting tomorrow will need to verify that you are 18 or older to play the online mode. This is due to new R18+ rules enforced by the eSafety Commissioner. Rockstar already has the age verification system prepared. You will likely see options such as: - uploading government-issued photo ID - facial age estimation (via selfie or video) - credit card verification The requirement applies only to online multiplayer (GTA Online), not to single-player mode. If Rockstar does not comply, the company could face fines of up to AU$49.5 million per breach.

@PookiesParadise They got rid of the CD drive, saying it will help stream line gaming. Once they got everyone on digital download they introduce the subscription service now you don’t own anything but you rent at a price… the they raise up the price. With no way back.

Every day I remind myself that this app is toxic. Both things can be right at same time and wrong. The sentiment has value even if the person who said it is wrong. The person can be wonderful but say the dumbest thing. No one talks to each other anymore about difficult subjects.

The UK is regulating major on-demand streaming services including Crunchyroll, Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon. Some of the required changes: • R18 hentai must be age-restricted; unclassifiable content must be removed entirely • Under-18s must be blocked from seeing or hearing restricted material • 80% of catalogs must be subtitled • Age-verification measures expected for mature content There will be fines of 5% revenue or £250K, whichever is higher.

@WTMAtkinson I was in UK before Brexit just a couple years for uni… I left, came back after Brexit… left for 6 years because of COVID.. came back last year and said to myself in a matter of 6 years it all went downhill. Impressive speed run.
