@periplamodel I feel the same way and my partner gave me an important piece of advice when is started. Take your first models and never redo them or fix them up to look better. Those first models are what you are competing against and trying to outdo. Not anyone else.

The thing about Hasan Piker is that he's not saying anything crazy. It's the same thing so many of us have been saying for decades. What bothers establishment Democrats is that he has reach, and it's growing (thanks in large part to the party trying to defame him).

One observation rewatching this –– Notice how @krystalball and her line of questioning exude humanity and empathy. She is approaching the genocide in Gaza as a human, not a political commentator. The answers come nowhere close to matching that. Aside from the fact that they are evasive and counterfactual, the answers represent an attitude that political issues are merely an intellectual exercise for the political class to engage in and that working on them is an opportunity to score brownie points and try to "win" a debate. A microcosm of the rot we're dealing with in Washington, a rot of which working people consistently experience the most catastrophic consequences.
