@kingstontech Alright dear broken automated garbage bot, how am I supposed to send you a private message? how do you suppose you can "troubleshoot" a dead nvme drive that's no longer in the computer it was in when it stopped working & died? why do you think wasting people's time is ok?

@kingstontech My Thinkpad just hung on I/O so I typed dmesg (linux) and found a ton of errors related to it. Tried to reboot. Now it either read 1-2 sectors & show grub & dies or it doesn't show up at all. IT'S HAPPENING, IT'S DEAD, IT'S OVER. Luckily, I had a spare 1TB WD blue.

@KingstonTech I'm having a frustrating RMA issue. I shipped two faulty RAM sticks after my RMA was approved, but support says only one arrived and denied the replacement. Now I'm left with one broken stick and lost shipping costs. Case 00638582 – please review.

@kingstontech Memory kit is on MB QVL list. One of the modules booted every time. Located in Ukraine. Local Kingston support replied, so I'll wait some more. Wouldn't be so fussed about waiting if local marketing material didn't specifically refer to 24 hours as expected time frame for replies

Hey, @kingstontech! Is it normal Kingston experience to buy genuine new RAM that won't POST, wait for warranty service for 2+ months with no avail and to be ignored by both seller and Kingston customer services? Or just my luck?
