🚨⚠️#ISPR Rawalpindi, 28 April 2026 Today, Army Rocket Force Command (ARFC) conducted a successful training launch of indigenously developed Fateh-II Missile System, equipped with advanced avionics and state of the art navigational aids. #PakistanArmy #Pakistan The training launch was aimed at training of troops, validating various technical parameters and performance evaluation of different sub-systems incorporated for improved accuracy and enhanced survivability. The launch was witnessed by senior officers from Strategic Plans Division, Army Rocket Force Command and Pakistan Army along with scientists and Engineers of Strategic Organizations. The forum commended successful training fire of indigenously developed Missile of Fateh Series. President, Prime Minister of Pakistan, Chief of Defence Forces and Services Chiefs appreciated the technical prowess, dedication and commitment of all those who contributed towards the successful training fire of the missile.

بقول شاعر: جن کے لہو سے گلشنِ ہستی میں ہے نکھار ہم کو وہ نقشِ پا، وہ فسانے یاد ہیں۔ آج اِس سے بہتر کوئی کام نہیں ہوسکتا ہے کہ اپنی جماعت کے یومِ تاسیس پر مازی کی یادوں کو تازہ کروں اور کروڑوں دلوں کے ساتھ بانٹ لوں ۔ خاکسار نے فروری 1996 عمران خان کو ایک خط لکھا جب میں نے یہ خبر پڑھی کہ عمران خان ایک سیاسی جماعت بنانے کا ارادہ رکھتے ہیں۔ پھر میری ان سے 20 اپریل 1996 کو ملاقات ہوئی، اور اس کے بعد میں نے انہیں یہ دوسرا خط لکھا جو مندرجہ ذیل ہے تاکہ 26 اپریل کو ہونے والی پریس کانفرنس، جس میں پاکستان تحریک انصاف کے قیام کا اعلان کیا گیا، اُسکی تیاری میں مدد کر سکوں۔ آج اِس واقعے کو ٹھیک تیس سال مکمل ہو رہے ہیں۔ ملاختہ ہو میرے لیڈر کو میرے خط کا اردو ترجمہ۔ 22 اپریل 1996 جناب محمود علی شوکت خانم میموریل ٹرسٹ 7-A، بلاک R-3جوہر ٹاؤن لاہور فوری: براہِ کرم یہ خط جناب عمران خان تک پہنچائیں محترم جناب محمود علی صاحب، میں 20 اپریل کو، ڈی مونٹمورینسی کالج آف ڈینٹسٹری میں امتحان لینے آیا تو شوکت خانم ہسپتال میں عمران خان سے اُنکے دفتر میں ملاقات ہوئی جو تقریباً ایک گھنٹے تک جاری رہی۔ انہوں نے خواہش ظاہر کی کہ میں جمعرات 26 کی پریس کانفرنس کے لیے رُک جاؤں، لیکن کراچی میں ایک اور امتحان کی ذمہ داری کے باعث میں نے معذرت کر لی۔ البتہ میں نے وعدہ کیا کہ پریس کانفرنس سے پہلے اپنی تجاویز انہیں بھیج دوں گا۔ عمران خان کو ایک بنیادی پیغام کے ساتھ پریس کانفرنس کرنی چاہیئے جس کے لیئے انکے پاس ایک ورکنگ پیپر ضروری ہے۔ ہمارے ملک کے متاثرہ طبقات کی نشاندہی کر کے ان کے مسائل کے حل پیش کرنے ہوں گے۔ میرا خیال ہے کہ عوامی سطح پر بہت کام کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔ عمران نے جس بنیادی مسئلے کی نشاندہی کی ہے، یعنی دیانتدار قیادت کا فقدان بالکل درست ہے۔ تاہم ہمارے سادہ لوح عوام، جو شدید محرومی کا شکار ہیں اور جوگمراہ کن عمومی پروپیگنڈا میں بہ رہے ہیں ان سے براہِ راست بات کرنا ہوگی۔ مزدور اور کسان کے مسائل، بائیں بازو کے زوال کے بعد سے نظر انداز ہو گئے ہیں۔ پاکستان میں یہ الفاظ جو ہر تقریر اور ہر رہنما کی زبان پر ہوتے تھے، اب سیاسی لغت سے تقریباً خارج ہو چکے ہیں۔ کل تک سرمایہ داری نظام جسے خراب سمجھا جاتا تھا، آج نجات دہندہ بن چکا ہے۔ ضروری ہے کہ پسے ہوئے عوام کی فلاح کے لیے ایک توازن قائم کیا جائے۔ کاروباری طبقے کو متضاد اِشارے مل رہے ہیں۔ زرداری ازم اور بدعنوانی، صنعت میں استحکام نہیں آنے دیتے۔ "لیڈرشپ" کے بجائے "ڈیلرشپ" کا رجحان غالب ہے۔ اسٹاک مارکیٹ کمزور ہے، جس کی وجہ غلط معاشی پالیسیاں اور ملک میں غیر یقینی صورتحال ہے۔ زرعی آمدنی پر ٹیکس سے استثنا کا مسئلہ بھرپور انداز میں اٹھانا ہوگا۔ اِس سے ممکن ہے کہ جاگیردار طبقے کی حمایت کم ہو جائے، مگر استحصال کا شکار کسان کی حمایت حاصل ہو سکتی ہے۔ میرٹ کی عدم موجودگی کو جامع انداز میں حل کرنا ہوگا۔ بہت سے لوگ شاید اس بات سے آگاہ نہ ہوں کہ یہ مسئلہ کتنا سادہ ہے اور فوری واضح فیصلوں کا تقاضا کرتا ہے۔ ہمارا نظام غیر میرٹ اور اقربا پروری پر قائم ہے۔ ایڈہاک ازم عارضی بنیادوں پر تقرریوں کی اجازت دیتا ہے، جنہیں بعد میں بلا استثنا مستقل کر دیا جاتا ہے۔ احتساب کا فقدان، جس کا عمران نے کئی بار ذکر کیا ہے، اس کے لیے ایک مؤثر نظام درکار ہے چاہے وہ عدالتی سطح پر تیز تر انصاف کے ذریعے ہو یا محتسب کے ادارے کو زیادہ طاقتور اور مؤثر بنا کر۔ اس کے لیئے کیا، کب، اور کیسے کیا جائے، پر کام کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔ میں نے چند مسائل کی نشاندہی کی ہے، حل تجویز کرنے کے لیے نہیں بلکہ اس لیے کہ عمران کو احساس ہو کہ سائنسی اور فکری سطح پر مزید کام درکار ہے۔ ایک منشور فوری طور پر تیار کرنا ضروری ہے، کیونکہ ایک اچھی چیز کو پیش کرنے کے لیے بھی مختلف طبقات کے لیے مختلف رنگوں کے گلدستے تیار کرنے پڑتے ہیں۔ ہر شخص کو ہمارے منظرنامے میں اپنی پسند کی خوشبو محسوس ہونی چاہیے۔ آپکا مخلص، ڈاکٹر عارف علوی #PTIFoundationDay

@SameenaSultan16 @AfghaNarrative Education is a basic human rights. Its very disturbing that the women and girls in Afghanistan are denied this right. Although I don't understand the mentioning of Pakistan in the post. Even the Taliban here didn't say that.

@Taimur_Laal @K8wxyz I think there might be a little misunderstanding. Slavery was rampant in those times. Islam didn't adopt or promote it. Infact Islam gave the concept of freing slavwa and having regulations. We need to understand the cultures of those times.
