Ten years ago, I walked into Tesla as an intern — January 2015, back when all we built was the Model S. I never imagined I'd one day lead the Fremont factory where we are building some of the most amazing cars the world has ever seen. Today we sunset the S/X program, and it's bittersweet. The first ever car I bought was a Model S. It showed me a whole new world, and a reason to believe in futuristic technology. The end of one thing makes room for new beginning of the other. We're letting go of something we loved a lot so we can build something even greater. Big things are already on their way to Fremont factory— a future of amazing abundance. Thank you. The important part is zeroing out taxes on the bottom half. Best way to put money in someone’s pocket is to not take it out in the first place. Bottom half is only 3% of total tax revenue. But it’s very meaningful to that person. Zero it out.

STARLINK 3 billion people had no reliable internet before Starlink. Other satellite companies kept prices high and access limited for decades. Elon made it available to everyone. $40 a month. A dish anyone can set up at home. A farmer in rural Montana. A family in Ukraine. A fishing boat in the middle of the ocean. When Russia cut Ukraine's communications in 2022, Starlink terminals were on the ground within days. No government moved that fast. No other company could have. Starlink now serves 12 million+ users in 100+ countries. SpaceX just told the FCC that Starlink has solved the rural internet problem that $4.5 billion in government money failed to fix. A problem governments spent decades trying to solve. Elon solved it with a rocket company and a $120 subscription. TESLA In 2003, every major car company said people did not want electric cars. Elon built Tesla anyway. Then in 2014, he gave away all of Tesla's patents for free so other car companies could build electric vehicles faster. Most CEOs would never do that. Elon did it because the mission, getting the world off fossil fuels, mattered more than the competitive advantage. SPACEX SpaceX cut the cost of sending things to space by over 90%. Every rocket reuse makes space cheaper for every country, every scientist and every future generation. He is building the road to Mars. Not for himself. For all of us. "Either we spread Earth to other planets, or we risk going extinct. It is a question of when, not if." NEURALINK Neuralink's first patient was paralyzed from the shoulders down. After the implant, he could control a computer with his thoughts. He played chess. He talked to his family. That is not a tech demo. That is a person getting their life back. THE DIFFERENCE Most billionaires make decisions for money or for themselves. Elon makes decisions for humanity first. You can disagree with his methods. You can disagree with his politics. But it is very hard to argue that what he is building is not good for the world. "When something is important enough, you do it even if the odds are not in your favor."
