FACT: California officials visit each recipient of care to make sure they need it and to best determine the number of care hours each person needs. To assume it’s fraud solely because YOU do not need it or dislike the policy is a slap in the face to the people providing care to family members, loved ones, or people in the community they care about. In California, we care about providing dignified care. PS your “source” for loss via fraud is an estimate from an op-ed … not real data.
