Also, most people do listen to mainstream and having large venues not run by live nation for touring acts is important for the consumer.

@nir_un @theDYNAMICS We have about 2 independent venues with capacities over 300 in Toronto. That’s not an exaggeration. It’s not a “skill issue”, that’s the monopoly that live nation has built in city.

This a good example of a failing city @ Bathurst & Fort York Boulevard. Condo built 10 years ago. Unfinished. Railing that serves no purpose. “Temporary staircase”. No landscaping. No Trees. No care. A real city would be bothered by this and do something about it.
