@quixotic_20 (I ran out of space) right now i think i have ana because ive been fasting and not feeling true hunger. what caused this was seeing my other classmates then looking at myself and also just being damn near obese in general :P

@quixotic_20 bed was primarily cause by the fact that my father would feed me 4 meals a day and all were adult portions. this was at the age of 6 and above. for me, it wasnt overeating it was just me eating normally. then i started calorie counting at 10

@springflingana i think I stuggle with not seeing the results i want fast enough. like... yeah the number on the scale is going down but i still dislike my body and i feel uncomfy in all of my cloths and shit

@BleedingBluez omg bro... don't get me started. i never ever ever ever want to be called fat again. that's the biggest reason. my bf my friends my family ALL of them call me fat... also looking better in clothes n to move better like running and jumping n shit rant over :D

@st4rvingpeach I fast most days.... I'm on day 6 rn!! when I eat I don't put a cal limit but I instead limiting my eating to one day. that's the strategy i've been using n it rly helpsss
