Turned out they had a glitch and then managed to fix it, and sent out a new link to someone on the live chat bot link at 1, which then let them in. Try and send them a message if you can - the live chat thing isn't working for me

@fever_uk what on earth happened with the Dexter experience tickets? Every time slot I selected had a different error code. Invalid link, invalid cart, or says sold out even when you could still select the date/time. Awful system

@TicketmasterCS I've been thinking about this all day. This morning I tried to get tickets to Blink-182 in Manchester. Got all the way through to the payment screen, entered my card details, clicked confirm and then got hit with this. Complete joke, not impressed.
