My order from @kitsch arrived. So excited until I saw it was only 1/2 there, yet I was charged for the full order. 😭 I hope they make it right. These were a thank you for my girls that helped me get ready for Dad's services.

DO NOT BUY FROM kitsch @kitsch mykitsch.com Only 1/2 my order arrived! They only give you an email for contact and then never get back to you. I did manage to find a phone number but it's automated and says no one is available! WHAT A SCAM! What company has no customer service department for their wrong orders???

Just so my friends know. I tried to DM them, it was not possible. Have they blocked me? I have been trying to communicate with @kitsch via EMAIL as per THEIR directions!!! Even their phone is automated & instructs you to email. Funny how they responded to you girls But have Never communicated with me! I have received a copy of an order via email, supposedly it's on the way to me. No explanation. No apology. NOPE. Just the copy of an order.
