Very disappointing experience with Your team clearly told me on Instagram that there would be no customs charges for my international order. Yet I was forced to pay ₹459 just to receive my parcel. What’s worse, the shipment itself was incomplete. Two products were missing: • Exfoliating Sugar Body Soap • Extra Wide Head Band So I paid additional charges for an incomplete order, despite being assured there would be no customs fees. This kind of customer communication is misleading and unacceptable. I’ve asked for an explanation, a refund of the ₹459, and an update on my missing items. I hope you resolve this quickly before I escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer authorities. Customers deserve transparency—not surprises at delivery.

I did manage to find a phone number but it's automated and says no one is available! WHAT A SCAM! What company has no customer service department for their wrong orders???
