I'm an American trauma surgeon. One year ago today I was volunteering at Nasser Medical Complex in Gaza when Israel fired a missile into the room of my 16-year-old patient, Ibrahim Barhoum. @kitta1979 @IraninSA My country and continent is poor. Many people could die because of fuel and food shortages. Iran should defend themselves without holding the whole world hostage, otherwise they just confirm their status as world's biggest terrorist organisation.
