I prefer to teach people through the direct experience of meditation, energy work, rituals and ceremonies rather than just providing intense amounts of information that is difficult for people to integrate. Information overload keeps people in their head and out of their bodies.

the more u mature the more u realize it really is THAT deep. who you date, who you call a friend, what you watch, what you eat, what you speak over yourself. all of it matters. energy is real. what you allow in your space, in your mind, and in your body. protect your sacredness.

If you have an intense soul, you need to pour that intensity into your hobbies/art. That energy needs to go somewhere or it'll swallow you. Your depth must have a purpose. Create your own worlds, that you & other like minded people can escape into. You have a super power. Use it.
