Honestly if I would play on HC and someone over pulled like this and tell me to run I would not dare to go on the range for Nova especially with me having little to no mana. Could he do more? I guess yes? But your claim about that everyone would survive does not seem realistic. He slowed the mobs with blizzard and the tank and druid decided to stay behind instead of retreating. Yes it was not coordinated retreat, but yelling at group run, run, run and then asking where are you going is very weird communication. I would agree it could be played better by Pirate but calling on him for taking a responsibility for the mess the pull has been? I am sorry but that is not fair.

I think Kragg and Orcane are in such an unhealthy spot rn. Their projectiles are so unbalanced and unfun to play against. Bubbles, rock, and spikes are all amazing for edge guarding/ledge trapping and without a good parry or shield they're straight up unfair sometimes.
