Why is it when you put yourself first & think of yourself others seem to get pissed off especially when what you do has no impact on them anyway. I spend so much time trying to think of others, I need to do what is right for me just now. The last year has taken its toll on me.

So angry and upset. You do your all to help a community of people, sacrifice your own time & then get so much hassle when someone isn’t happy & complains. Sometimes I wonder what is the point. I should just do what is best for me & not the community I am part of.

@EmergMedDr My grandson brushes his teeth lives in Norfolk, I have to pay for private appointments so he’s not afraid of dentist! We can’t get him NHS he’s a child! He hangs on every word from the dentist about oral hygiene! Awful though no NHS dentist at all. every dentist says call 111😂

@Liz_ORiordan As a person who is obese I don’t find it insulting it’s true. Much of mine is steroid induced. But I have to own some responsibility to it myself, and I do. So it’s a factor in treating someone their size matters etc, drug calculation and the impact on the body. Obesity is fact.

So proud of all those that took their GCSE’s this year. Covid19 was not kind to them. My boy smashed it out the park. He’s mid chronic illness but he said. It makes me determined to do 1 more thing not 1 less. Inspiring many of us all the time. I’m so proud of him.
