Last day of being a student teacher, incredibly bittersweet. Reflecting on my experience- the students have taught me more than I could’ve ever wished to teach them. They’re encouraging and incredibly smart. They have loved me so well.

The other day in class we learned about the importance of educational data! It’s hard to imagine teachers having to use data in their classrooms, but teachers can’t be successful without it!

Through my Professional Learning Plan, I looked at differentiation. Differentiating instruction is a way of thinking. Additionally, teachers need to know the strengths, challenges, and interests of the students to develop a strong class culture where differentiation can occur.
