Stop overrating Davis Chirchir as the ultimate election manipulator. Dude is 65+ with old-school IT experience. That 2013 rejected votes x8 glitch was an obvious programming blunder in a half-baked system, not some genius hack. It screamed poor planning, not peak cyber sorcery.

The Situation in Nandi, they call for a fundraiser to come and build a church when the schools and roads around are in pathetic condition. The Church construction was nowhere in the Manifesto. They are now asking why the people are not registering as voters. Voter apathy will be real.
