It says a lot given that he's perhaps the only president in the world with an entire fleet of advisors besides the Cabinet. He's rarely in the office, talks too much, and believes he knows it all. All for what - winning and retaining power and not proper development. He's basically incompetent.

The country’s top-performing leader says he has offered ideas to the president but has been consistently ignored. Instead, the president and his allies focus on pressuring him for political endorsement while disregarding development ideas. That should be a cause for concern.

The latest deployment of PMCs in the eastern DRC conflict further indicates that the Congolese government is relying heavily on foreign military support.
