ARMY, quick question: are you also weirdly overexcited on concert nights in other cities? 😂 Like I’m not there. I know I’m not there. And yet my whole body is acting like I need to charge my lightstick and leave in 12 minutes. It’s such a strange feeling. Half spectator, half spiritual attendance. Like my heart already bought a ticket without consulting me. It’s like being haunted by joy. By excitement. By purple anticipation. So naturally, every concert night turns into a full argument inside my body: Brain: “Let’s stay calm. We are not attending.” Heart: “Wrong. We’re going.” Brain: “No babe. Other people are going.” Heart: “And what are WE, strangers?” Brain, exhausted: “I need you to understand the very simple concept of ‘not us.’ These tickets belong to people who are, crucial detail, not currently in this body.” Me, arms crossed like a child denied a carriage ride: “I SAID WE!!!!” Brain, defeated: “Fine. By ARMY standards, we are attending.” Heart: “Glad we agree.” And maybe that’s the most ARMY thing of all. We’re never entirely in one place when one of us is seeing Bangtan 💜

I did it you guys 😭 I finally quit my toxic corporate job today. Its been harassment and bullies for 4 years and I finally got a new and better job. I'm really scared but excited to start new. I know shouldn't be, but I cant stop crying and second guessing my decisions 😭

I’m rarely here anymore except for my group chats - which is where I stay, to post the re-comeback, and my Stationhead. And it is 10000% due to me making the best choice for my mental health. I loved being a positive acct, I loved hyping. But you can’t post here without hate, you can’t read the tl without hate, you can’t be here without hate. And people will say “grow a spine” or “just block and ignore”. Why? Why should anyone have to just accept this when we all have stressful lives outside of an app and are trying our best? I didn’t come to this app to to deal with this shit, I came to this app because I wanted community in the fandom of the artist I love.

The fact that we blocked Ka*ye from debuting at #1 on BB200 & debuted with higher total album units than Dr*ke should be enough to tell you how well US/PR ARMYs have done. Regardless of your opinions of them, both are HOUSEHOLD NAMES in the music industry & WE BLOCKED THEM.

Checking in after many months to say that I’m okay, and my family is okay too. I needed the time away to do a lot of work and get my priorities back in order. I’m sorry for the silence and absence. If it hurt anyone, that was never my intention. I’ve decided that I likely won’t be returning to posting here. I still love BTS — that hasn’t changed. My daughter and I got tickets for the tour this summer. Thank you so much for the many wonderful memories over the last few years. You all gave me so much happiness and helped hold me together in ways you’ll never know. BTS — I’ll see you soon. 💜 ARMY, as always, I love you and wish you nothing but the absolute best.
