@SERVPRO Help me understand why I can not get anyone to call my MIL back. She was away and got water in her basement. Wasn’t noticed for several days and when we called the local area, twice, for assistance no one calls back. She is 84 years old and needs this cleaned up. SMH

@diamondresorts If you are going to hire people to talk others into upgrading how about making sure they explain everything and not give you false information. And when I call and want to talk about it how about not standing behind policy. Very disappointing.
