@optimum 11 days without service now. I’ve explained that your wires were torn off of the building to every one I’ve spoken to. I even sent pictures, and you’ve now sent two different mini vans out to help…a guy with a ladder isn’t going to cut it…

@optimum we would really love it if you would stop spamming our phone with calls we've told yall we no longer need your service because of the rude customer support. I've tried to be respectful by letting your callers know we don't want to be called anymore and yall continue to call. This has to be the most annoying company we've ever had to deal with.

@optimum why do I pay the amount I pay for internet for it to lag during the day. This happens every year and when talking to a technician I’m going to be charged. This only happens when it gets hot outside not in the evening. Not the first year this has happened. Embarrassing
