@optimum the way yall use AI makes me ready to change companies. My cable box won’t turn on and AI prompt keeps saying turn the cable box to channel 900 and/or wait 6 mins for the reboot and NEVER transfers me to a representative. How can I leave a complaint about this?!?!

Optimum: @OptimumHelp @Optimum 2 WEEKS with no internet at my home (East Hampton, NY). Tech appointment today 11–2 → cancelled at 1:20 with no explanation after I drove 2 hours to be there. Spoke to 4 reps + supervisor → no answers, no callback. This is complete service fail

@OptimumHelp Yes, the issue I’m having is you removed the MLB Network which was previously factored into my monthly bill. Now that it’s gone my bill remains the same. How come it is not lower? Enough of the send you a DM. Lower my bill already no matter much or little it was.

@OptimumHelp I switched over from Verizon to Optimum Mobile and I found that Optimum Mobile does not support RCS Texting for iPhone. In order for us to have group chats, every owner needs to turn off RCS Chats to their phone. I can't believe this. What can be done?

@OptimumHelp Optimum NJ at it again ripping off senior citizens by not allowing them to remove Internet and phone service when they do not need or use it. Lines like well your TV will not work without internet ($130 Extra plan). Commission seeking sales not service.
