@staysaasy I owned delivery for products with 3 week release cycles using git-flow. We spent 8 hrs in meetings with the dev team to redesign our release process where they reinvented git-flow with different branch names. We moved everyone to daily releases with trunk based dev soon after.

I find pretty consistently that the slower your team moves the more energy they spend on mapping out their software development lifecycle
