A few months ago I set a goal to try and lose 30lbs before my 30th birthday (today). Happy to say I accomplished my goal and i’m feeling better than ever! (Started 241lbs -> Now 210lbs) Still plenty of room for improvement, but i’m very happy with the progress so far
