Middlemen eat up 90.7% of this "Cost Plus" margin! Explain that to me please, @mcuban. The pharmacy pays labor, rent, etc. but only makes $2.80. Cost plus is the future...but without middlemen. #costplusfuture (yes, I know, credit card fees are still part of that future)

i hate junk mail as much as the next guy, but the trees argument is a bad one these trees are farmed; they're just crops like corn or raspberries or whatever banning junk mail to save trees is like banning fast food to save cattle

It is time for the United States Postal Service to ban junk mail. Unsolicited spam calls are already prohibited by the FCC. Emails are heavily regulated by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Junk mail is the majority of mail, 100 million trees per year. Enough!

@mtleake09 You know what to do TrumpRx is a portal. It’s not a middleman. The problem here is not theirs. It’s whoever runs the Oklahoma employee health plan, that hired the PBM, that ripped off everyone involved, including Kent All they had to do was add @costplusdrugs to their pharmacy network and this never would have happened. OKlahoma is one of the states that is figuring out who the crooks are. It for some reason, like so many other states, hires big PBMs and carriers that do shit like this over and over. Stop hiring these companies just because they are big.

His pharmacy benefit manager, CVS Caremark, charged that plan $120,000 more per year for his cancer drug than a local pharmacist would have charged. Nobody told him. The middlemen kept the money. These diapers will be priced 3-4x market rate so he can pay his friends. If you actually wanted to do something like this, just pull the average number of births per hospital per month and make a contract with amazon. Far cheaper, same result. The point is not the diapers.
