After @JohnCooper4Nash issued a #StayHome order, he was followed by Memphis, Knoxville, Franklin & Tullahoma. No time to wait on our Governor.
These were the only cities in the US to act w/out a full-state wide order.
Today, all major cities in Texas are following suit.
