2 months on from when @FlexiSpotUK / @FlexiSpot said they would send new cables and still waiting. Honestly appalling customer service/aftercare

Having a nightmare with @FlexiSpotUK. My builders threw out my desks electric cable and even though I have sent them my order number from Amazon who they sell through they won’t send me a replacement cable which I am happy to pay for! . Terrible company & customer services.
