I just tipped 20% on a bottle of water I grabbed out of a mini-fridge myself. I brought it to the counter. The cashier didn't even scan it. He just pushed a button and spun the POS terminal around. The screen suggested 20, 25, or 30 percent. For a moment, I considered finding the custom tip option. But there was a line of people behind me. The cashier was making direct, unblinking eye contact. I folded under the pressure of a digitized guilt trip. I paid $4.80 for a Poland Spring. I basically gave a teenager a dollar to legally supervise me purchasing hydration. He didn't even offer a receipt. He just spun the tablet back around and looked away. I said thank you. I thanked him for letting me give him extra money. I am part of the problem.

Yep, it's one of my biggest regrets. My kid doesn't even really know her dad now & she despises legally having his last name. I tried changing it but he fought it & won. My mom told me "not to poke the bear" when I suggested naming her without him. I got BAD advice from another female.

As soon as your kids are awake, start some very loud projects, everyday for a week straight, even the weekend. No less than 45 minutes of very obnoxious noise. You'll have to commit to making them miserable & sleepless for this to work. Wait for them to come to you & then hit them with the ultimatum.

So Alex and I moved into our new house in November. The house is awesome and its out in the country which we love. We are in a neighborhood but you cant win em all 🤷 Well, the new young neighbors across the street are apparently very devoted fans of music with LOTS of bass and they are clearly tech savvy cause their speakers can be heard from 3 miles away. They also must have many wealthy friends because 17 cars with really expensive looking rims line the street outside their house every night that they throw large get togethers.....at all hours of the night during the work week. This is all good and fine except its annoying as F*CK hearing that at 2am on a Tuesday and we have little kids who are trying to sleep! We are in the country so noise ordnance is not a thing....need some advice on how to address this without ending up on the news or in an altercation. Anyone got some advice? Please and thank you.

This child on a seven hour flight to Hawaii wasn’t just crying, he was having a meltdown tantrum. Such a tough situation. The parents of the child are the most stressed, usually. Noise cancelling headphones, I highly recommend them. The whole plane should have yelled “where’s Jessica?”😂 I admit, I don’t do well with screaming babies and kids. I get anxious. I was fortunate mine never did this. If you didn’t have headphones, could you deal with this for a long period of time? What would you do?

This video involves a police department in Florida. The officer pulled this woman over and asked her for ID. From my digging the info I've found says she flipped off the officer and that was the reason for the stop. She presented her ID but would not turn it over. In the state of Florida you only have to present your ID you do not have to hand it to them. This escalated from there. The dog returned no evidence of narcotics at the end. This woman knew her rights and challenged this officer to keep her in check.
