@MichaelPzone Safe is always better. I've seen way too many people get injured lifting far too heavy on deadlift. It seems like once you start going 3-4 plates, the risk dramatically increases.

@jaegermedia1 Diet consists of little to no sugar aside from the daily 2 cups of wild blueberries. I eat beef, fish and eggs daily. Very occasional chicken. Lots of whole milk. 7-8hr of good sleep. Nude sunbathing 3-5x a week. Lift with full intensity 5x a week. I take zinc 40mg daily.

@fousey You 100% are on testosterone. I dont care how much u claim to workout or eat clean. The cheat code is TRT. It makes you very lean and puts muscle on easily with basic weight training.

@tomcoppens_ I was very dedicated to them a few years ago, all grip variations. Yes by the 3rd set it drops off quite a bit, pending your rest, but still 10 is quite easy to achieve for 3 sets with dedication. I have the attitude that if I can do it, then it can't be that hard :)

But I agree with you, 1 set of 10 is a standard everyone can aim for and can achieve

You don’t need heavy weighted pull-ups
While described as a S-tier back builder I believe you don’t necessarily NEED do to them
Mainly because people underestimate the regular bodyweight pull-up
Finding someone who can do 3 sets x 10 PROPER full ROM reps is quite rare
But finding ego lifters who will boasts their max rep or max weighted half pull-up isn’t so rare these days
You can incorporate tempo work, harder variations, speed reps and other ways to make them harder
I’m not saying you can not do them. If you like them and they help you towards your goal, go for it
My point is to really master the bodyweight version first to avoid injuries
