@SeeRacists Ummm How did this racist b——- get into Carolina. #classof1997

I hope @dawnstaley has a halftime speech ready to wake our Gamecocks up. Need a big 3rd quarter.
English

I get your point, but I disagree. Geno embarrassed himself and UConn. He did not harm Dawn Staley. He made a spicy comment and moved on in the handshake line. Happens often. Dawn snapped and started talking about fighting. Triggered. No self-control. Violence or threats of violence not the proper response from an adult (or child). She had the option of letting Geno make a fool of himself all by himself. She didn't need to join him.

Why not apologize directly to Dawn Staley? Why not say her name?
English

@GregBerge You are so wrong. He didn’t like that he got out coached by Dawn. His ego took a huge hit and he is such a small person, he had to attack her. And the so called apology just showed how weak he is as a person.
English

The reality?
This wasn't about a handshake. This was about Geno protecting his players.
He was turning the focus away from his players, who just lost an undefeated season.
He did not want them to get blasted by the media.
So he took it on himself.
It's happened before.

Geno Auriemma exchanged words with Dawn Staley in the final seconds of South Carolina and UConn’s Final Four matchup.

@kareemcopeland He take this weak ass apology and stuff where sun don’t shine. #soreloser @UConnWBB @dawnstaley @GamecockWBB

Statement from Geno Auriemma:
"There’s no excuse for how I handled the end of the game vs. South Carolina. It’s unlike what I do and what our standard is here at Connecticut. I want to apologize to the staff and the team at South Carolina. It was uncalled for in how I reacted. The story should be how well South Carolina played, and I don’t want my actions to detract from that. I’ve had a great relationship with their staff, and I sincerely want to apologize to them."

🚨 the Artemis II crew is on their way to the Moon.. they've conquered gravity, orbital mechanics, and the physics of deep space travel.. they're 240,000 miles from Earth hurtling through space at 24,000 miles per hour..
and they had to call IT support for Outlook..
let me give you some context.. in 1969, NASA engineers calculated the Apollo 11 trajectory to the Moon using slide rules and early computers barely more powerful than a calculator.. no AI.. no cloud.. no tech support hotline.. they navigated to a moving target 240,000 miles away and landed within the target zone on the first try..
in 2026, we have AI that writes code, rockets that land themselves, and computers more powerful than the entire Apollo program combined..
and Microsoft Outlook is still broken..
a company worth trillions.. 220,000 employees.. software running inside every government, every military, every boardroom on earth.. and the astronauts leaving the planet still had to ask someone to restart their email..
we solved the physics of leaving Earth..
we still haven't fixed the calendar invite that sends you four notifications for the same meeting.
