@bookingcom Still no response. I just want to raise an issue, being charged extra or fobbed off with an inappropriate car for my Booking.Com with Europcar was not ok. How do I raise a complaint?

@bookingcom But you are @bookingcom who I paid the money to. My complaint not resolved. Being passed from pillar to post has made it worse. If someone had simply refunded the difference between the car I had booked and the one I got I would have been happy.
