@mulletrider I’d have also gone Kai up top for 60-70 and then Gyok off the bench. Playing both left is short in midfield and in options in changes. City saw that weakness at half time and banked (safely) on us not being able/willing to do anything about it.

@knickthoughts Yeah. If I was picking a hindsight xi there's a shout for MLS a #10. Sounds ridiculous I know. But can come deep and receive the ball without his defensive flaws being too exposed

@mulletrider You’ve just got to look at qualities and make judgements on that rather than just look at positions and like-for-like swaps. MLS is technically secure, resilient and one of the best ball carriers in the squad. Noni/Martinelli were such bad subs given what we needed, even 1 down.
